1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Omni-channel (70%):
- To work closely with internal and external stakeholders in lay public & HCP projects planning and execution to ensure optimal KPIs well achieved.
- Lay Public: HVTC owned platforms: Fanpage, YouTube, Website, …; Always on media campaigns; Lay Public media campaigns.
- HCPs: Engagement portal: Sanofi Campus; HQ-driven engagement campaigns: Email, Zalo…
- Post campaign evaluation, liquidation and payment follow up.
- Monitor and update budget spending every month
- Support in preparing/ consolidating/ follow up relevant reports & tracking system.
- To handle full paperwork process for omni-channel projects
- Prepare meetings, coordinate cross functional meeting, participate in team meetings and minutes taking.

Skills and benefits:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowing how to use Canva/other visual design tools is an advantage.
