Main Accountabilities:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. He/she will develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, communicate with clients and partners, and drive sales and promotional activities. In detail:
- R&D process for all product categories.
- Market & customer analysis, report, and research.
- Follow up with sales channels to optimize promotions and other sales schemes.
- Manage all marketing presences including online and offline.
- Coordinate and develop relationships with partners, suppliers, and other company stakeholders.
- Branding campaigns & events for company and group holdings.
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports.
Requirements:
- Market Planning and Marketing skills
- Experience in conducting market research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and business development experience
- Ability to implement marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of the wedding and events industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Hard-working (including Saturday morning)
