JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. KPI Performance Management tasks:
- Support to set up KPI Scheme for Branches, Head Office departments
- Set up KPI Target base on KPI Scheme
- Calculate KPI result monthly to evaluate Branches Performance
2. Business analysis reporting:
- Build reports to monitor and keep tracking performance of the whole bank (Loan, Deposit, Customer, Credit Card, Digital…)
- Ad-hoc analysis on new products, customer performance….
3. Requirements:
- Background in Finance, Banking, Economics
- At least 1-2 year experience in Finance/ Banking field
- Understand of banking products
- Good knowledge on Excel
- Willing to work with figures, data, reports
- Work under pressure
- Teamwork
- Carefully & Logical Thinking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Finance, Banking, Economics
- Experience: At least 1-2 year experience in Finance/ Banking/ MIS Reporting/ KPI field
- Understand of banking products
- Good knowledge on Excel, VBA, words, power points
- Willing to work with figures, data, reports
- Work under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good English
