1. HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Main Accountabilities:
- Correspond to Japanese employees’ concerns related to C&B.
- Input, update and maintain employee database in HR system of Japan.
- Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowance, tax, health insurance fee for all Japanese employees.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 4th-year-student at University.
- Passionate in HR development, especially in Compensation & Benefit (C&B)
- Good command of English & Japanese language.
- Skillful in personnel administration, analyzing information and filing system
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Good at Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
2. DATA SECURITY PARTNER INTERN
Main Accountabilities:
- Delivery PIN letter for associates
- Off-boarding process: Delete account for resignation associates
- On-boarding process: Follow up training status of new associates and external associates
- Update Metric report
Other tasks on request
- Single point of contact to consult on enquiries on information security and data protection topics based on company policies and national laws
- Create Information Security and Data Protection reports for Department Heads to review, and comply with company central directives
- Implement regular checks of IT access rights
- Create ISP training/awareness material in order to host and conduct training/awareness sessions for all supported associates
- Conduct audits regarding Information security and data protection in the supported departments
- Work towards regulation compliance for personal data information use in cooperation with the head of department
- Perform ISP risk analysis and identify mitigation measures
- Provide regular up-to-date relevant ISP awareness via mail, Teams, department meetings etc..
Requirements:
Technical
- Education: University degree in Law, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable studies
- 4th University student (can work full-time)
- Minimum working experience: n.a
- Language: advanced Eng (understanding / spoken); others language (Japanese/German) is a plus

3. REQUIREMENT MANAGEMENT INTERN
Main Accountabilities:
Your main responsibility would be:
- Receive specification documents from customer.
- Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix…) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement.
- Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules.
- Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates.
- Develop and manage project metrics.
- Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report…
- Optional: Develop automation tool for repetitive tasks using VBA/RPA…
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Business Administration.
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Good at English communication
- Japanese N3 or above
4. CONTROLLING INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Release block orders (includes ASA)
- Run Sales report weekly (OI + OH + AR)
- Sales prognosis coordination
- Sales Prognosis upload
- Sales prognosis refresh on 1st WD in mornings
- Credit limit review
- AR review and action
- Stock take / stock take adjustments
- Mass Customer discounts upload
- Price/ Customer Discounts / MPG update
- Release block orders

- Sale Commentary
- Support to raise JV (accrual, re-class, ….)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entitled as full-time student during 6 months internship period with major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing/etc.
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
- Knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems
- Time management and task management skills
- Detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity with “can do” attitude
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
