Main Accountabilities:
Victoria’s Secret & Co. is offering Graduate Trainee Program based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a unique two-year program for students to obtain firsthand experience working for this world-famous brand and learn from our industry’s top talents.

- 1st year & 2nd year: Specialized in the Raw Materials Technical function to focus on building foundational technical skills, as well as to gain a holistic overview of company operations through close interactions with different key functions.
- Throughout the 2 years: On top of on-the-job technical training, we also provide soft skills development opportunities including buddy support, presentations for senior leaders and regular touch-bases with mentor.
- After the Program: We will confirm placement to those who demonstrated strong capability, high potential, and full commitment to Technologist position at our company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering/ Textile Chemical/ Textile Technology or other relevant academic training
- Fresh graduates with strong learning capability and curiosity or candidates with 1-2 year(s) of relevant industry experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Mature, self-motivated and independent
- Strong business acumen and cultural sensitivity
- Strong mobility and be flexible to accept to be trained in different locations
