Main Accountabilities:
– Gather information and records related to ESG activities
– Update reports issued by Isuzu Japan (develop reports and indicators and encourage reporting of sustainability results)
– Internal communication and updates on ESG-related activities to create lasting relationships, increase employee engagement, and contribute to the goal of developing corporate culture.
– Define and integrate the principles of social responsibility into the company’s strategy
– Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
– Develop and implement sustainability policies and procedures
– Assessing and managing sustainability risk
– Analyze and promote solutions for social, environmental and economic issues.
– Advancing sustainability ideas through concrete projects and initiatives.
– Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
– Education: university graduated, majoring in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, Social major,…
– Having 1-2 years of experience in the ESG field. (freshers are welcome to apply)
– Communication smoothly in English (TOEIC above 600)
– Good interpersonal skills, having knowledge of analytical skills, problem solving skills.
