What you will do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to business growth and operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements;
- Develop and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports.
What you will need
- At least 1 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the financial services, banking sector/ fintech product;
- Experience with BI/analytics/statistics tools and languages (Google BigQuery, Data Studio, R, Python, etc.);
- Solid understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional team members and explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders;
- Results-oriented; able to deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure;
- High spirit of “Do whatever it takes to get the job done”.
