JOB DESCRIPTION
- Facilitate communications with customers through CRM marketing channels.
- Support campaigns execution. Provide regular tracking, reporting and optimizing for CRM channels performance
- Carry out root cause analysis to improve campaigns and identify issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in E-commerce, Marketing, driving business improvements through data-driven decision making
- Proactive learner, fast-action, high accountability
- Creative mindset – well informed of latest trends
- Experience and knowledge of Excel is a plus
