JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with Talent to invite and onboard them to Hiip Network which follows team direction.
- Be responsible for Talent’s channel growth: social metrics & revenue.
- Enhance Talent’s capacity by actively delivering & sharing knowledge and developing their skill.
- Host training and coaching sessions.
- Actively equip knowledge about TikTok Policy, Platform, and Trends.
- Analyze, report, and present data on performance to recommend new ideas for Creators’ recruitment and activeness enhancement.
- Facilitate administration tasks for the related campaign.
REQUIREMENTS
- Having > 6 months experience as a talent manager or related position.
- Having experience with the health and beauty industry is plus.
- Creative with content, especially short video content.
- Be independent & critical thinking & working but able to work well in a team.
