JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research the market and invite the potential YouTubers/creators to join the network together with your manager
- Maintain the relationship and contribute to the growth of YouTubers/Creators together with your manager
- Promote the multi-channel network brand in the industry and create an inviting environment for new YouTubers/creators together with your manager
- Work closely with your line manager on acquiring the creators, analyzing the market, and cooperating creating the strategy for business growth
- Supporting other teams as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential YouTubers / creators
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
- Good in communicating with YouTubers/creators directly to invite YouTubers/creators to join the network and maintain good relationships
- Extroverted, sales-like experience or interest
- Great at communication and convincing either in Vietnamese or English
- Good presentation skills
- Growth-mindset. Hungry to achieve together and accomplish something great.
- Creative problem solving; knows how to negotiate or respond to questions despite the unknown.
