JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the timeliness & quality of the monthly, half year and yearly calculation of commissions for different business population within the Group
- Participate in the monthly closing by providing the provision amount for commission in the monthly P&L
- Perform monthly analysis to review the commission in comparison with the different KPIs, both financially and operationally; and to escalate out-of-process cases to the Commission Committee for their review
- Liaise with the different departments such as Finance, HR and Business to ensure the implementation of the policy and process in a compliant manner
- Maintain, follow up, and improve the commission processes and procedures through continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate with proactivity in improving the IT Tool for commission administration
REQUIREMENTS
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Good English, French is a plus
- First-hand experience as a user of a corporate ERP system is a plus

Degree: Bachelor or Master

Major: Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration

Experience: 1- 2 years in related positions (finance, business management, audit, controlling, accounting, or HR)

Criteria: Strong analytical and numerical skills, communication skills, business-oriented mindset

Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with internal and external customers, as well as levels of management

Ability to work effectively in high growth environment and rapidly changing organization
