About This Role
We’re looking for a Finance Executive to join our Finance Team. The mission of this role is to assist Glints VN’s growth by providing financial support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders of the business. Ultimately, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and support with the operations/admin matters.
What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure AR recording and collection processes are well executed

Process issuance of invoices and VAT invoices, and reconcile the collection following the group policy

Coordinate with the sales team to liaise with clients and do regular receivable chasing

Provide support on preparing receivable reports

Be responsible for all administrative and operational matters related to Finance/AccountingEnsure timely recording of bills/receipts/invoices/payments, and proper categorization of income/expenses

Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions with bank accounts

Deliver precise local financial data with accurate categorization on a weekly basis

Support payment processing of bills and payroll on the online banking system on a monthly basis

Support with monthly financial analysis report, including but not limited to budget variance and financial ratios analysis to the local business unit leaders to drive business decision

Support to handle tax reporting

Who We Are Looking For

0-2 year experience in General Accounting or any other relevant roles

Fresh grads with internship experience are welcomed

Good command of English (spoken + written)
