Key Role Responsibilities:

Campaign Operations Specialist under Campaign Planning Operations is in charge of executing visibility configs and monetization campaigns for GrabFood and GrabMart. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the system timely and accurately.

 

You also need to collaborate across teams including regional product managers to adopt best practices from other countries or newly released system product features.

 

This also requires good technical knowledge of the systems, attention to details and good communication skills.

 

At the same time, you need to be in charge of monitoring business performance on a daily basis and conducting preliminary analyses to quickly diagnose campaign health and red flags to relevant IMS planners.

 

The day-to-day activities:

Set up campaigns on IMS systems.

Set up & monetize visibility assets in Grab app.

Monitor and adjust day-to-day campaign performance, conduct preliminary analysis.

Coordinate cross teams to execute campaigns from end-to-end.

Assist Monetization Lead to conduct experiments to explore Monetization solutions hence improve business topline in accordance with company OKRs from time to time.

Manage & co-operate with relevant stakeholders for solving ad-hoc problems which may arise from the aforementioned systems.

Coordinate with regional Marketing Products, Product Ops to update system knowledge and troubleshoot system issues as well as adopt best practices from other countries.

 

The must haves:

A degree from a decent university in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year experience in Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics field or fresh graduates with a relevant discipline awarded with honors. The applicants must have achieved at least a distinction average in the final year. Candidates who received any scholarship, award or other recognition for academic achievement are highly preferred.

Previous monetization experience and merchandising knowledge is a plus, but not a must.

Strong attention to detail and meticulousness.

Good logical and analytical thinking.

Strong communication skills and an excellent team player with strong work ethics.

Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment.

Working understanding of SQL and experience with a mobile CLM platform is desirable.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Passionate about the tech industry, and strong motivation in creating business impact.
