Main Accountabilities:
- Expertly use data to measure and analyze business performance.
- Evaluate and define business metrics; develop actionable insights.
- Monitor key metrics and alert on potential issues.
- Design reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Develop and automate reports; build and prototype dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytical tools.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address business challenges.
- Visualize data to support operations, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Assist colleagues in understanding data insights and basic analysis skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis
- College/University degree
- Proficient in computer use, office programs, and data management
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau
- Good communication, presentation, listening, and feedback skills
- Training and coaching abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
