Get to know the role:
- Be responsible for exploring market landscape, using both external and internal data to analyze factors that related to business strategy. By doing market & company performance evaluation, you will propose recommendations to support the business leaders to make decision.
- This position works with many other departments to assist the stakeholders in the implementation of the strategy to ensure the company achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Data analysis & report management:
- Gather data and perform analysis in different business aspects
- Provide periodic updates to the management for C level decision making
- Build/ Update reports/ dashboards to keep track company’s KPIs
2. Cross-function coordinator:
- Support facilitating cross functional meetings
- Co-work with different departments to solve business problems and to improve business performance
3. Market Research:
- Conduct primary and secondary research on the market’s movement
- Support report development for the management on the market status
4. Other task assigned by the line manager
Qualifications:
1. Education:
-
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis or a relevant field
2. Experience:
-
- 1-2 years’ experience as an analyst of market research firm or relevant departments
- Tech/E-commerce experience will be a plus
3. Skill/ Knowledge:
-
- Logical and analytical mindset
- Proficient in SQL, Google Studio, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent professional English skills in both verbal & non-verbal form
- Time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills
4. Attitude:
