Account Management
- Manage accounts and ensure new/current mall sellers achieve commercial and operational excellence on Shopee
- Understand mall seller’s ambitions, identify what seller needs to grow on Shopee and execute relevant strategies
- Educate mall sellers on Shopee’s platform features and policies, and engage them to participate in campaigns
- Work with categories to execute on marketing opportunities
Program Management
- Analyze commercial performance and operation metrics of sellers in the program, and provide relevant solutions to optimize new sellers performance
- Own training materials and communication channels to sellers in the program
- Analyze new sellers behavior and review surveys to understand the support new sellers require for their growth
- Plan and execute initiatives to ensure program is relevant and effective for new sellers’ growth
Requirements:
- Great sense of responsibility and urgency
- Independent team player
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience in e-Commerce operations will be an added advantage
- English
- Presentation skill
