JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support to manage the company’s digital channels, including social channels (Website, Facebook, TikTok) & media-in-store (LCD, Dual screen & Voice over
- Create content to grow the Circle K TikTok – new channel of CKVN
- Prepare all visuals & contents on CK Club loyalty app
- Liaise with supplier to manage LCD & Dual screen content properly
- Provide LCD layout of remodeling/new stores for further construction
- Follow & update Monthly Promotion on website & Monthly LCD content
- Provide monthly reports between Circle K and competitors in the same CVS industry to make reasonable adjustment plans if needed
- Closely work with the Creative team to brief and follow the designs, make sure the schedule goes as planned and qualified upon request
- Work with relevant departments (Merchandising, Food Service, CRM…) to receive information about promotions, new products, new update on CK Club app
- Liaise with internal departments and agencies to effectively convey the message in each campaign, achieving the set goals
- Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business/ Advertising/ Communication or related fields/
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital/ Social Agency. Retail/CVS knowledge is an advantage
- Good in spoken and written Vietnamese and English and good presentation skill
- Content writing & content creating
- A talented individual who is very willing to learn every day, easy to manage and highly collaborative
- A sociable person with good interpersonal skills, creative, flexible, aggressive, passionate, attention to details, resourceful with can do and positive working attitude
- Able to work under pressure for work efficiency, being highly responsible and willing to accept challenges
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and tools. Basic knowledge of photo/ video shooting and editing skills are an advantage
- Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and Excel. Skillful in using Power Point is an advantage
