JOB DESCRIPTION
- Master brand gatekeeper: keep the standard of Vinamilk master brand.
- Keep master brand discipline when adapt it to all 33 sub-brands (product) design (can be direct design or working with design agency): packaging, official product asset (film, KV, photo library, social guide…).
- Execute design and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail.
- Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
- Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to keep the design quality & keep the brand voice clear.
- Generate ideas & communicate it clear with line manager & team members.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team (Writers, Illustrators, Content Creator, …) across different types of media.
- Be an advocate for design; educating and enabling others to create on-brand experiences/design.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1,5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in design tool: Adobe Suite (ps, ai, id) & Figma (if you are not familiar with Figma we can help).
- Solid skillset: critical thinking, design thinking, principles of design, conceptualize & branding.
- Ownership & strong communication skill (effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale without fear).
- Detailed oriented (sloppiness doesn’t exist here).
- Passionate & Daring (to not only keep but & push the quality to the next level – Raise the bar spirit).
- Resilience.
- Quick learner, pro-active & self-navigate through your projects.
- Open to new challenges: work as multidisciplinary designer.
- Commit to the deadline (on-time).
- Fluent in English is compulsory.
- Basic animation skill is a plus (not mandatory).
