Main Accountabilities:
Our Bootcamp is a key part of this year’s internship selection. Spanning four weeks, participants will dive into intense training offering:
Real Grab Experience: Tackle a hands-on project that mirrors real Grab project workflows.
Expert Guidance: Learn coding solutions for high-demand problems from seasoned professionals.
Industry-Relevant Skills: Gain insights into team collaboration, problem-solving, and optimizing for large-scale applications.
Employment Prospects: Outstanding interns may secure positions at Grab, working on pivotal projects.
Portfolio Development: Display your Bootcamp project on GitHub as a testament to your skills and participation.
The bootcamp will be centered around a capstone project to develop a data intensive application. Those who get good performance during the capstone will be selected for internship
Requirements:
- Open to full-time students or recent grads in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, IT/Science, Maths, or similar, preferably in your third or final year, seeking an internship.
- Must be studying at a Vietnamese university.
- Capable of structuring data and algorithm writing, with good English skills.
- Available for a 4-week Bootcamp and can commit at least 24 hours weekly internship at our Grab office in Ho Chi Minh City, District 7 (change from 32 to 24)
Selection Steps:
- Apply: 01 March – 31 March 2024.
- Assessment: Shortlisted candidates receive a Codility test to complete within 3 days.
- Bootcamp: From 15 April to 17 May 2024, high scorers enter the Bootcamp.
- Internship: Successful candidates from Bootcamp join the June – December 2024 internship.
