Main Accountabilities:
Your key responsibilities as an Associate Integrated Strategist will be as follows:
- Bring IMC planning capabilities across 3-4 key clients you will work on (specific clients to be discussed)
- Be active contributor to Gen Z insights/behaviours across all teams
- Become competent in leading Brand Strategy for 1-2 simple projects (with minimal supervision)
- Faciliate social commerce capabilities across projects.
- Be responsible for ensuring an advertising campaign is targeted at the correct audience, strategic planning & concept development.
- Actively developing market and consumer insights, running analysis and presenting findings to the agency and client
- Able to apply all the theory and fact-based knowledge and leverage it in developing and articulating strategic solutions.
- Studying the client’s brief and analysing existing data, market reports, and information from past campaigns before deciding whether to arrange for fresh market research to be carried out
- Understanding sales figures to assess the campaign’s effectiveness and suggest changes if it is not going as well as expected.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the Mar-Coms industry, campaign experience is much preferable.
- Be interested in what motivates people, as well as the changing trends and fashions affecting consumers.
- Confident about ‘constructing’ brands and demonstrate an interest in brands in general, not just their communications.
- Have strong presentation and negotiation skills, both in Vietnamese and English
- Be skilled at analyzing research and able to translate this into action plans
- Be organized and able to think strategically both long and short term
- Have a good memory for facts and figures
- Be able to work with a range of people and as part of a team
- Be persuasive, flexible, FUN to talk to and work with
