JOB DESCRIPTION:
Internal solid contact point for the excellence growth for Paid Marketing: 65%
- Play as the pivotal excellence sources for Paid Marketing, including but not limited to:
- Drive execution of advanced paid marketing initiatives, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and product features, such as Share-To-Earn Program, etc.
- Drive the creation and execution of high-impact marketing materials, including Project Decks, Campaign Calendar and any communication materials for hero products and innovative programs.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective market penetration.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Deal Performance Management: 15%
- Review competitive pricing, and conversion rates of subcategories within the affiliate marketing program, provided data from BI Team,
- Identify and target the right segment partners to drive attractive deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies and promotions.
Cost Control and Efficiency: 10%
- Manage and optimize the budget for paid traffic channels, including Google, Facebook, and other Affiliate Marketing Platforms.
- Analyze performance data to ensure spending is in line with the profit and loss (PnL) of each subcategory, focusing on the efficiency of paid performance marketing.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) across all paid channels.
- Execute for Coupon/scheme for Affiliate/Paid Marketing: KOL/KOC/Publisher & Partners, KOL/KOC/Publisher Incubation Program,
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Having Experience at least 1 year for ecommerce, business development, affiliate marketing.
- Basic knowledge of and passion for data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong business or commercial acumen, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Prefered Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce or online retail.
- Certification in digital marketing, data analysis or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and affiliate marketing software.
