JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Accounting tasks:
- Issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
- Customer master data creation / maintenance in SAP systems
- Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
- Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
- Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)
Controlling tasks:
- Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
- Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
- Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
- Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)
- Ad hoc tasks to support department.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/Final year students majoring in accounting, finance or economics
- Proficiency in English, MS Office and knowledge in accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Time management, task management skills
- Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
