Job Description:
Account & Relation Management:
- Together with the senior level, I will communicate with clients’ members to deliver daily work per clients’ expectations, grasp their issues, and immediately inform senior levels of solutions.
- 3rd party management
Planning & Execution Management:
- Together with senior level onward to prepare Credentials for new Clients. Tailor-made case studies for each client’s business, except case studies that are mainly relevant to strategy.
- Prepare the content relevant to brand induction, including client debriefs, competitive reviews, market checks, contact reports, and project timelines. Get seniors’ approval before releasing it to the Client or internal teams.
- Assist team in developing Client Briefs (in case the Client just briefs verbally) and simple Briefs for internal teams (without relevance to strategy)
Quality Assurance and Operations:
- Review all outputs to ensure they meet client cost/schedule/quality requirements and give feedback accurately to team members.
New Business Development:
- Proactively explore new scopes from current clients and new business opportunities that tap into new markets.
- Pitch proposals to potential clients to expand the customer base.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & experiences:
- Background in Advertising/ Marketing/Digital/ Communication
- +1 years of experience (experience in IMC/Production/ATL/BTL is a big plus)
- Good at Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Skills/Abilities:
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Both in Vietnamese and English)
- Attention to detail / Well-organized in the way of working & thought process
- Hard-working
- Adaptable, can work under pressure
