Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and other Salesforce configurations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write well-documented and efficient code.
- Perform unit testing and assist with system integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and development processes.
- Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce development or a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration (e.g., security, roles, profiles, workflows, process builder).
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
