Fresher Business Analyst (JP N3+)
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Analysts are responsible for understanding the client’s business need, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.
- Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required
- Work with project team members and others if any
- Participate in all software development activities following Scrum practice
- Perform the following under the coaching of supervisor(s) and Project Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent command of Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills) equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher, can facing customer smoothly
- Have IT background and interest in developing a career as a Business Analyst are nice to have
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in domains such as Retail, Logistics,
- Transportation, Aviation, etc. Experience working at IT companies is a plus.
- Able to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Good learning capability
