RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Partner Acquisition (50%)
- Proactively seek and engage potential leads which are suitable to use delivery of
GrabExpress, build strong relationships, and convert leads into business
opportunities. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners to
achieve sales targets. - Identify and develop strategic partnerships with retailer segments, local businesses, e-commerce platforms, and distribution networks to drive business growth.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential partners, ensuring mutually
beneficial and profitable agreements. - Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics regularly to assess the
efficacy of business development strategies and initiatives. Utilize data driven
insights to refine strategies and maximize business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and
Finance to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
Account Management (50%)
- Take over the existing partners to maintain excellent service and partner
satisfaction. - Develop business with key partners (mostly retailers and F&B brands) and monitor daily account management.
- Build strategic account strategies and processes for managing enterprise / corporate Business Development Associate accounts efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze data to propose action plans for account problems and growth solutions.
- Grow business and sales volume by maintaining a close relationship with Partners
and quickly updating them on changes to their delivery system.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication, good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Data
driven mindset, master excel and PowerPoint is preferable. - Having knowledge and understanding in Retailers, F&B, FMCG, E-commerce,
and the sharing economy are advantages. - Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual. Able to work under
pressure/tight timeframes. - Good written and verbal communication skills in both
- Vietnamese and English – Eager to learn new knowledge.
Must haves: - Account management or sales experience with B2B clients in the F&B, FMCG,
and Retail industries. - At least 1 year of work experience.
Nice to haves: - Experience in logistics, e-logistics, and on-demand delivery is a plus.
