Main Accountabilities:
- Support and work closely with Senior and internal teams (e-commerce teams, media performance, eSOL, content production, customer service, supply chain, etc.) to serve client’s campaign objectives
- Support to ensure and facilitate cross-team, cross-department coordination.
- Be responsible for account and project management, and deliver end-to-end campaign and project performance
- Follow up and do paperwork including but not limited: to sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO, etc.).
- Support other tasks if needed
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skill & critical thinking
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Experience in D2C business is a plus
