JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying customer preferences and forecasting consumer trends.
- Evaluating prices competitiveness and determine the best choices to inbound.
- Join hands with Brands team to deliver sales target but have profit and manage Brand’s expectations.
- Ensure black stock rate is always under control and no OOS.
- Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company.
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase.
- Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget.
- Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust your strategies accordingly.
- Forge and maintain trust relationships with Brands/suppliers to promote fair dealing.
- Responsible for collecting money/ incentives from Back margin/ Brand ad-hoc sponsorship following agreements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding communication abilities and work under pressure.
- Excellent in sales planning, problem-solving oriented & multi-tasks management.
- Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating.
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques, and excellent knowledge of MS Office & English is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking) is a plus.
