Main Accountabilities:
- AD Performance & Planning (AD Compensation scheme, AD Incentive related contests, AD scheme costing report etc).
- Sales Analysis (Business Analysis, Project Analysis, Compensation review, market highlights).
- AD Improvement Committee (AIC) project to provide AD meeting reports & slides.
- Corporate reporting on monthly/quarterly basis including supporting data and required documents.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Informatics/ Actuarial / Economics or Data related fields.
- 6 months – 1 year of working experience in data analytics/reporting, preferably in life insurance/ banking/ consumer finance companies.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
- Excellent at MS Excel/Access is a must.
- Proficient in SQL/VBA is a plus.
- Dedication, teamwork spirit, enthusiasm.
- Have an eye for detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure.
