JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
- Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
- Support in having accounting documents signed & stamped
- Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
- Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit,
Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any) - Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working
capital, etc.) - Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
- Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
- Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports,
etc.) - Ad-hoc tasks to support department
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd or 4th year students pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (SAP)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Time management, task management skill
- Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
