Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain high quality training content such as webinars, tutorials, and user manuals on the topics of video making and marketing & selling via videos for Shopee sellers.
- Support in delivering instructional content with the best possible training experience via short-form videos.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, publishing strategy and campaign on OA channels for Shopee Video – Seller side.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of working experience as Content Developer, Account Manager, Program Manager, or related role.
- Highly skilled in oral presentation, interpersonal communication, writing, and PPT.
- Proven track records on teamwork and project management.
- Demonstrated capability to read and write in English.
- Enthusiastic about training, content creation and fun to work with.
- Experiences in Ecommerce or Social Media.
