Main Accountabilities:
- Develop social outreach implications in terms of viral tactics for campaigns following the planning strategy direction.
- Develop Influencer Marketing approach in order to propose profiles & formats for tailor-made campaigns.
- Operate social planning, work with vendor, KOLs, content creators to produce outcome in line with social content directions that aligned with master campaign strategy & creative concepts.
- Manage social communities (fanpage, groups) to deploy outcomes following campaign journey.
- Social platform daily management for brands includes publishing, monitoring, protocol management, and analyzing contents on Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, etc.
- Conduct and contribute weekly / monthly / quartly / yearly social media report with performance and metrics analysis.
- Conduct competitors social activities report using social listening tools and platform insights.
- Prepare and provide statistical reports of clients and update database of social media channels and platform, KOLs performance and so on in a timely manner.
- Work closely with account team to get client feedback and evaluation on social media services.
- Work with creative team & planner team to aligning on social media ideas and social media approaches.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, major in marketing, journalism, communication, ideation.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate).
- Understand social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter and possess knowledge for influencer marketing and update on social trends.
- Experience of up around 1-2 years in relevated social media management or social ideation position.
- Able to differentiate impact of diversified channels, strength, and weaknesses of each one.
- Demonstrable passion for social media, talent management, community development.
- Ability to understand social metrics and conduct social media report.
- General social awareness about but not limited to economy growth, consumers, culture, etc.
