JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Communication Planning & Strategy
- Has the overall responsibility for driving the strategy process independently (including writing briefs, conducting briefings, driving strategic directions and deliverables that leverage innovative insights into the overall brand/customer experience, reporting, and presentation)
- Acts as a catalyst for agency and brand teams in seeking new ways to add value to the brand and in identifying future opportunities for success.
- Work with accounts to identify and capture opportunities to deliver new values to clients, thereby delighting our clients and enriching client-agency relationships
2. Directly work and consult for clients
- Play the role of a trusted strategist who understands and supports clients in defining and capturing opportunities for success, thereby enriching client-agency relationships.
- Work as one of the key agency members in managing client interactions, expectations, and deliverables across briefing, planning/consultation, execution, and reporting stages of assigned projects.
- Support internal teams to obtain client’s approval of agency’s solutions, and bring the proposed solutions to life successfully.
3. Leadership & Team Development
- Demonstrates the maturity and leadership skills to become a key player in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary cross- agency team, who can manage both own’s work quality, and overall project team’s work quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge & experiences
- 1+ years of hands-on strategic planning experience. Candidates from both brand and agency backgrounds are welcome.
- A data-savvy person who profoundly understands communication/branding, digital marketing and social media platforms, and user behaviors.
- Excellence in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written communication.
2. Skills/Abilities
- Balance ability to perform analytically, creatively, and intuitively.
- Ability to multi-task: working on multiple projects, changing direction quickly upon requirement, and organizing projects and information effectively.
- Ability to work under a pressure environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and as a team. Leadership experience is a plus.
