JOB DESCRIPTION:
Market and product research:
- Support the process of researching and evaluating products.
- Understand customer preferences in the target market.
- Provide insightful contributions to support product selection for publishing.
Game testing:
- Trial to understand features and events within games
- Check product quality and develop solutions to address encountered issues
Product operations:
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to integrate/ build systems for the product to operate effectively in target markets.
- Participate in creative processes and propose new ideas to develop in-game content/ events aimed at maintaining/ improving the product experience and revenue.
- Contribute to the operation of systems, ensuring the stability of the product.
- Plan short-term/long-term operations and design activities/events for the product to optimize revenue generation.
- Coordinate with other departments to execute promotional campaigns, community building, customer support,… for the product.
Data analyzing:
- Collect and analyze specific product data regularly for reporting product health.
- Gather customer information/ opinions/ feedback and track metrics to analyze player behavior, thereby improving content and product development.
Customer support:
- Understand player opinions and feedback on the product to provide timely and efficient support to the gaming community.
REQUEST:
- Having 1 year to 2 years of experience in operating and creating content for mobile games, regularly updating understanding of customer needs and preferences;
- Able to use Chinese and English fluently;
- Strong logical assessment and troubleshooting;
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, with a high commitment to job goals;
- Possesses the ability to articulate ideas and communicate effectively.
