JOB DESCRIPTION
1.CRM
- Manage the CRM dashboard, monitor & ensure the campaign operates correctly & smoothly
- Implement engaging campaigns for CK Club members, including deals, surveys, and games.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Analyse customer data and system capabilities to generate insights for the planning team.
- Secure licenses (when required) to conduct CRM campaigns.
- Assist in organizing promotional events to attract new customers.
2. E-COMMERCE
- Oversee the management and operation of the CK GO platform.
- Collaborate with partners and internal departments to maintain consistent and accurate representation of the Circle K menu on e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing e-commerce partners.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to promote e-commerce services, with a focus on CK GO.
- Lead and manage co-marketing campaigns with platform partners and product suppliers.
3. OTHERS
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
- Compose reports on campaign performance and business activities.
- Collaborate with line managers to enhance Circle K’s CRM and e-commerce platforms, aligning with strategic goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field. Project management experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Proficient in technology and comfortable navigating various software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Creativity and ability to develop new ideas.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.
