JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Food program:
- Build Food Menu for the South markets (HCMC, Binh Duong, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc)
- Work with food supplier for product development
- Prepare all works for the products launch including:
- Build training materials
- Set up system for new menu/items
- Prepare products shoot
- Prepare all printed materials needed for food menu
- Handle food complaints with Operations and coordinate with suppliers and crossed functions to fix the complaints
- Daily monitoring food supplier on food quality
- Manage food room (central kitchen) for the small cities: Nha Trang
- Work with crossed functions for any matter related to food business
- Manage supplier to comply with QASA standards
2. Report:
- Reports on food business weekly, monthly
- Other reports for management
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Marketing
- At least 2-year experiences in the same position, preferably working experience in F&B, Retails, FMCG
- Good knowledge and experience to executive strategic brand development and marketing communications.
- Good knowledge of market intelligence and analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
- Experience in working with vendor
- Good in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
- Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
