Job Description
- Support to update inventory and docs e-sign to submit to Government authorities.
- Prepare and arrange delivery/shipment to B2C customers, follow and update transfer data to warehouse.
- Track international and domestic shipments then update to line manager and input on internal systems.
- Work closely and communicate with regional logistics centers and 3PLs to track cargo delivery lead times and monitor delivery status.
- Follow, check and feedback to 3PLs on delivery quality to comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
- Contact and coordinate with UNIQLO stores appropriately and consider enhancing logistics services in response to customer feedback.
- Support to prepare and consolidate required reports, logistics documentation or related paper works.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, foreign trade or any other related fields.
- Experience in a logistics company or experience in shipping, importing, or customs clearance is preferred.
- English is at business level in both English and Vietnamese (written & verbal)
