JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Execute administrative management all trade promotion programs
Trade Deployment
- Register trade programs with Industry & Trade Department.
- Inform trade to Official Distributors (OD) by Inform Letters (Trade Memo) via email & EMS.
- Inform trade to Retailers (RTL) by Fibo SMS / Zalo OA / Leaflet.
Trade Follow-up
- Update & record the approved programs in Trade MKT schedule file.
- Export weekly volume of Drymix products and forward daily volume of Bag Cement.
- Follow up pending programs with CC -> send out pending reports bi-weekly.
Trade Evaluation & Payment
Work with internal & external team to ensure on time in full reward of all trade programs:
- Request Sales coordinators to report final Sales volume monthly.
- Consolidate and cross-check Volume allocation report from OD to ensure right volume payment to retailers.
- Support in preparing promotion evaluation form and relevant document.
- Prepare Payment email to get approval from Commercial Director.
- Cross check and follow-up payment procedure of Customer Care.
- Prepare Payment Letters & details list to Distributors/ Retailers.
2. Support in Bag Projects control selling process
- Control GPS Chip Tracking & Deliver documents.
- Responsible for rebates payment volume consolidation
3. Trade compliance control
- Track and review all trade promotion document regularly to ensure all programs are in comply with tax and legal regulation.
- Support customers to consolidate historical trade document for audit purpose.
- Keep contact with internal tax & legal consultants to update and interpret new regulations of tax & legal related to trade promotion implementation to internal BA executive.
4. Follow up and implement communication net-working
- Participate actively trainings and any program held by the company.
- Actively join cross – function meeting if any.
- Check internal mail and response accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year experience working as Trade Marketing Admin, Sales Admin or same positions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word is required, basic Power point or SAP is preferable.
- Proficient in data entry, management and analysis.
- Good communication and written in English.
- Being flexible, commercially aware and able to manage change.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions.
- Quick response to business requirement, working independently and under pressure.
