JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support to smoothly carry out Corporate Affairs activities, including Circle K’s social responsibility following strategy and direction of Corporate Affairs Manager or Director.
- Search Vietnam economic and general market information with trends relating to CVS and business environment.
- Assist in documents for team members to join associations, trade organizations and activities to support Circle K’s business activities more smoothly and beneficially.
- Support to coordinate with relevant departments to carry out activities demonstrating Circle K’s social responsibility such as environment, sponsorship, charity.
- Support to welcome and take care guests from Hong Kong and foreign partners.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for team members.
- Remind team members do 5S at workplace areas.
- Update office policies/ regulations and ensure compliance.
- Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduate.
- Good written and oral communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Pay attention to details.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- High level of responsibility, commitment & integrity.
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with office equipment or system.
