JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in daily accounting work:
- Checking documents.
- Inputting entries into accounting system.
- Supporting to prepare tax reports.
- Supporting to prepare bank balance report.
- Other tasks assigned by Senior/General Accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting Basic from university or above.
- Computer Literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of the International Accounting System is value added.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees of all areas.

2. MARKETING INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, events
- Manage databases by maintaining and updating information, data, and records
- Assist to create and design event digital materials (flyer, brochure, presentation files,…)
- Assist with website updates via wordpress
- Support events organization with marketing team in Savills Hotels
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- May perform additional projects upon request
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate student, must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
- Design skills, have knowledge of design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

3. RESEARCH INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources.
- Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Hotel/Resort, Resort, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental events, and support event reception.
- Support analysis.
- Translation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Study in Real Estate, Finance, Economics (3rd year or 4th year student)
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;
- PC skills: Good at Microsoft Office
- Language: Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
- Key characteristics:
- Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.
- Attention to details and results-driven
- Strong analytical and report writing skills;
- Must understand the principles and practice of client care
- Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;

4. VALUATION INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support in preparing in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
- Assist in maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships in the business line.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with Head.
- Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.
