Main Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Investment Team to develop and oversee investment activities including initial screening of new investment opportunities, and meeting start-ups to source potential investment deals.
- Conduct market research on topics/brands/events about startups and investment.
- Draft memos and documents for internal processing of new investments. Assist organizing meetings with startups and partners (scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, compiling records/minutes, and other administrative tasks…).
- Create content and design for various media platforms and outlets (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn) related to the startup ecosystem.
- Coordinate with leaders and other team members to ensure smooth operations and work if required.
Requirements:
- Well-organized and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in investment, the startup ecosystem, and research methodologies. Previous experience in a startup, fund management company, venture capital, or audit/consulting firm is a significant advantage.
- Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and proficiency in MS Office are also considered advantageous.
