Main Accountabilities:
- Support FPL in local OPEX Tracking (OPEX files – ANP & Non ANP OPEX) for Vietnam, Hong Kong markets
- Support FPL to manage IO List for Vietnam & Hong Kong, including Create new/ Modify per Commercial request and monitoring vs. budget approved
- Support FPL in KH Distributor claims tracking and claims validation
- Support FPL in monthly routine reports by extracting systems and update into Tracking template (KH Sales In/Sales Out/Stock/AR), List Price and set of SAP SHIFT standard reports (Sales, OPEX, other COGS)
- Support FPL in monthly MJE consolidation and validation before FPL can send to GBS for posting
Requirements:
- University major in Accounting or Finance
- Good GPA score
- Good at English communication
- Good sense of numbers and accuracy skills
- Motivated and open-minded to learn new things
