JOB DESCRIPTION:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the hotel’s business goals

• Manage day-to-day activities of selected social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, and any required channels

• Establish a positive online presence for the hotel by integrating property-specific and brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way

• Create, source, schedule, and distribute social media content in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives

• Monitor community feedback in real-time and assist with fan engagement.

• Provide day-to-day analysis of data from listening and CMS tools

• Monitor effective benchmarks. Analyze, review, and report on weekly, monthly and yearly basis

• Deploy and run paid advertising campaigns to maximize effectiveness

• Specialize in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities with influencers

Website Management:

• Update and maintain website content, ensuring it aligns with current marketing initiatives and SEO best practices. Support of SEO tactics such as link building, development of meta descriptions, keyword research, etc.

• Assist in the creation of written and visual content for hotel websites to drive engagement and organic traffic. Content management includes descriptions, imagery, merchandising, and promotions.

• Analyze click-thru rates, bounce rates, visitors flow, etc. to determine if current marketing tactics are working efficiently, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes

• Keep all directories and online listings up-to-date

• Monitor website analytics,

Digital ecosystem management

• Cooperate with third parties or partners to deploy and run regional, country or hotel campaigns such as Marriott Bonvoy, Club Marriott or any business partners

• Manage the hotel’s online reputation. Conduct audits and update hotel content on third-party websites and online listings.

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Organize digital and creative assets (photos, logos, marketing pieces, etc.) in asset management platform ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Support execution and fulfillment of projects as outlined on marketing communications plans

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in Digital Marketing or marketing communications role, especially in Hospitality is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome if qualified
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
  • Fundamental knowledge of social media management, content creation, and website management
  • Good analytical skill while having a creative sense
  • Basic skills of copywriting, graphic design or videography/photography or editing tools are plus points
  • Proactive, disciplined, goal-oriented
  • Manage to work well in a team and independently in the fast-paced workplace
  • Start working day: January/February
