JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sourcing potential location
– Update investors information, leasing projects (shopping malls, Retail podiums, mixed-use developments) according to BU’s expansion plan
– Update rental price, rental period, other premises rental conditions
– Survey the premises, record the actual parameters, compare them with the site selection’s criteria to define potential one
– Make a preliminary report to assess the potential site
2. Managing Premises
– Coordinate with other departments to sign, renew and liquidate the lease contract according to the BU’s policy.
– Coordinate with departments to solve problems related to rented premises
– Support the paperwork for partners when needed
– Working with the investor when arising issues related to the Premises
3. Managing periodic reports
– Summarize and update project progress, site search, lease contract monitoring by weekly/monthly/quarterly
– Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education: preferably having a bachelor’s degree or are studying in fields relating to real estate, business administration, law or project management;
Seniority: Fresher/No experience required
Language: Basic English level(speaking, reading, writing). Fluency in reading and writing skills is preferred
Office skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Preferably know how to use Google Earth, and other research tools
Attitude: Self-confident, responsible, open-minded, helpful, self-commitment to the development of The Company
