JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct in-depth storytelling sessions with consultants to unveil their unique journeys. Craft compelling articles that capture the essence and values of the Sales team. Employ a variety of media, including video interviews, articles, testimonials, quotes, and infographics to maintain dynamic and engaging content.
- Strategize content creation, encompassing writing and editing, basic video editing, and the curation of content for dissemination across various social media platforms.
- Initiate new ideas and support the project team in developing content for motivational campaigns, activities, events,… etc. that engage people in Sales department.
- Work with advertising communication team, digital team to deploy image building and upload data for top consultants on company application.
- Efficiently coordinate and monitor specified initiatives, if applicable
REQUIREMENTS
- College or Bachelor’ degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation.
- Having knowledge in Finance, Insurance, Banking, Administration is an advantage.
- Ability to generate new ideas, manage time and plan well.
- Good adaptability to the environment, hardworking, and professional in all situations.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skill, sales mind-set, content building on social networks
