Main Accountabilities:
- Support to review of content resources, marketing collateral and event management to support the above plan.
- Support the Head of Marketing to identify, monitor and report on market positioning trends and opportunities specific to the firm.
- Support to prepare the firm’s submissions to rankings publications and industry awards to raise and maintain awareness of the firm and improve rankings.
- Support the partners and practice heads to manage and prepare pitches and proposals including research, drafting, editing, collating information, proofing and collating pitch stats and testimonials.
- Maintain and update deal/credentials/people/database profiling through consistent media management.
- Timely maintenance, periodic review and updating of the firm’s core collateral such as articles, adviser profiles, credential documents, deal databases and brochures.
- Support to raise the profile of the firm’s brand in the markets it serves.
- Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:
Essential skills & proficiency
- University enrollment with a major in marketing, public relations communications, or a related field
- Graphic design skills/experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Social media marketing/promotion experience preferred
- High profile brand building initiatives; and
- Newsletters, alerts and other publications, including internal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent speaking and writing in English
