JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Drive for Result:
- Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities
- Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment.
- Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions.
- Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions
- Responsible for all merchandising items according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance
2. Customer centric:
- Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors.
- Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program
3. Innovation:
- Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights
4. Analysis skill:
- Make a market analysis report to provide and analyze data, find out solutions and recommend proposals to develop the market.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance
2. Relevant Experience:
- Trade Marketing, Sales (1-2 years)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in conducting promotion activities/ Pricing
- Analysis and forecast skill
- Able to work under time constraints
- Budget management/ Communication skills
- Planning skill & Projects management
- Ability to think logically and creatively
