JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Drive for Result:

  • Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities
  • Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment.
  • Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions
  • Responsible for all merchandising items according to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance

2. Customer centric:

  • Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors.
  • Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program

3. Innovation:

  • Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights

4. Analysis skill:

  • Make a market analysis report to provide and analyze data, find out solutions and recommend proposals to develop the market.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance

2. Relevant Experience:

  • Trade Marketing, Sales (1-2 years)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in conducting promotion activities/ Pricing
  • Analysis and forecast skill
  • Able to work under time constraints
  • Budget management/ Communication skills
  • Planning skill & Projects management
  • Ability to think logically and creatively
