Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
1. Account & Relation Management:
- Communicate with clients’ members to deliver daily work as the clients expect, grasp their issues, and immediately inform senior levels with solutions.
- Pursue the client’s agenda with their insight and passion.
- 3rd party management.
2. Planning & Execution Management:
- Prepare content relevant to brand induction, client debriefing, competitive review, market check, contact report, and project timeline.
- Assist the Manager in developing the client brief (in case the client just briefs verbally) and simple briefs for internal teams (without relevance to strategy).
3. Quality Assurance and Operations:
- Review all outputs to ensure they meet client cost/schedule/quality requirements and give feedback accurately to team members.
4. New Business Development:
- Proactively explore new scopes from current clients and new business opportunities that tap into new markets and pitch proposals to potential clients to expand the customer business.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & experiences
- Background in Advertising/ Marketing/Digital/ Communication
- +1 years of experience
- Good at Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Skills/Abilities
- Adaptable, can work under pressure, logical thinking
- Good at Presentation, Time Management, and Teamwork
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Both in Vietnamese and English)
