JOB DESCRIPTION
● Manage the site navigation and product categorization to ensure a seamless and
intuitive shopping experience for customers
● Implement creative and innovative ways to merchandise products on site that will
increase conversion and AOV
● Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the
effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make data-driven improvements.
● Analyze site traffic and customer behavior data to inform decisions on site layout,
product placement, and promotional strategies
● Understand the customer and what they are looking to purchase, utilizing data and
analytics to drive decisions
● Partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Creative, Commercial,
Brandcom team to ensure all site merchandising is aligned with company objectives
● Conduct regular audits of the site to identify opportunities for improvement in both
design and functionality
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team
on a regular basis
● Proactively manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and
deliverables are of the highest quality
● Quickly adapt to changes in direction or scope, adjusting plans as needed
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related creative field.
● Strong visual design and display skills.
● Proficient in merchandising software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
● A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation
● 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related creative field.
