JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Japanese staff in corresponding to inquiries from Suzuki Japan headquarter in Japanese;
- Understand the content of inquiries regarding company management, sales, marketing, service or any inquiries related to automobile, and cooperate with relevant departments within the company to prepare an appropriate and prompt response;
- Support Japanese staff as an interpreter;
- Be able to work positively and respond quickly and precisely;
- Work on the tasks assigned by the superior and report, contact and consult timely;
- Instead of just continuing with the conventional way of working, think by him/herself and look for ways to improve, and always keep moving forward;
- Participate in Dealer’s events;
- Make weekly/ monthly reports;
- Carry other tasks assigned by Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good at speaking and writing in English and Japanese
- N1 Japanese-language proficiency
- Having GRIT
- Logical thinking and explanation
- Work well under the pressure

Salary: Negotiable
